I have been there and yes there is a solution!

I am a non-stop mom of 2 who found a passion for health and fitness during one of my darkest mom moments. I had to find a way to navigate the chaos of motherhood (and ditch the mom guilt!), find energy to be present with my family, and the ability to feel like myself again (yes to those pre-pregnancy skinny jeans!). I tried any and every natural and holistic approach that I could find in an attempt to proactively manage my mindset, my anxiety, lose those last stubborn pounds, and increase my ability to show up 100% for all the people I care about. 

The moment I finally found what worked for me and my lifestyle and had a concrete action plan (and actually took action on it — this was key) finally helped me to create a version of myself that I never knew existed all while finding balance and living my best life.

I was able to create a mom:

Who built a healthy lifestyle and instilled its importance in her children (They pick up these habits!)

Who was able to give her body all the proper nutrients it needed without restricting or cutting out my favorite things (saying yes to chocolate chip cookies without the guilt!)

Who managed her anxiety (instead of hiding it!) and knew exactly what to do when it was tested (even when my kids are in meltdown)

Who was never too tired to say yes! To play with her kiddos (my number one why!)

Who woke up and went to bed each day grateful for all the blessings she was granted

Who felt confident and comfortable in her own skin and the person looking back at her in the mirror (no more fearing swimsuit season!)
